I have babysat since I was 14 years old, starting with my two younger brothers and younger cousins to kids of friends of my parents. Now I usually babysit my nieces and nephews or still for a few family friends. I have babysat up to 5 children at one time, ranging in ages from 12-3. I have always loved kids since I was young. My mother and grandmother use to joke and call me the baby whisperer because I could make any little one comfortable. :) In high school I did take courses that required us to be CPR, First Aid, AED and Professional Rescuer certified. These certifications have lapsed but if there is an opportunity for a course to be taken through the family to renew these certifications, I would be more than happy. I would renew the certifications on my own if I had the means to do Read more so.
