I've worked as a preschool in the past, I had 10-15 children in my care depending on the day. I had to create fun lesson plans for the week focusing on a new subject every two weeks. I created a routine that the children got used to making it easier to transition with so many children. I was highly observant, made sure every child was getting any help that they needed. I never realized how much I would love working with children until I got the job as a teacher. I love seeing how happy they get when they start to learn new things and I've realized children are very honest and they tend to really like me because I'm a big kid at heart but a responsible one.
