Through these experiences I have gathered a good understanding of how to best communicate and successfully connect with kids in my care. I prefer a gentle and calm approach to all situations as this matches my personality. I strongly believe that patience mixed with showing a real care for a child is the best way to create the important bond that is needed when parents are away.

I love babysitting because I think it is great training for when I have kids some day and because not only do the kids learn more, but so do I!
