This past year I took a gap year and had the opportunity to work as a full time teacher at WUFLC where I learned so much about the care of children of all ages. I am currently looking for occasional babysitting or a part-time nanny position if it works with my class schedule. I have been working with children since I was 16 years old, babysitting family and family friends' children as well. I used to volunteer at the library helping out with the Summer Reading Challenge in Chicago at one of the libraries and absolutely loved being able to help children learn how to talk about their books and give them advice on new books to read. I also volunteered at two organizations for a refugee children in Columbia taking care of children and helping them learn to read, play with them and help them do their homework while their parents learned English.
