Hi! My name is Daphny Wilches. I just graduated from the University of Florida in May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration. I’ve been working with kids for 8 years now, and childcare has always been something I’ve been genuinely passionate about. I’ve had the chance to work with all different age groups, and every experience has taught me something new. When I was 16, I was hired by the YMCA where I worked in the childcare center, refereed sports, and lifeguarded. Since then, I’ve worked mostly with toddlers and school-aged kids, but I truly enjoy being around children of all ages. I’m background checked, have been trained in CPR and First Aid, and some of the qualities people often use to describe me are: responsible, patient, active, flexible, punctual, and trustworthy. I’m also bilingual (fluent in Spanish), which has been a big help when working with diverse families. Outside of childcare, I love staying active! I’ve played basketball, tennis, flag football, and a bit of soccer. I also grew up around music and played both piano and clarinet. I try to bring those same interests into the care I provide, whether it’s getting outside to play or doing something creative indoors. I’m also someone you can count on for last-minute help—I totally understand that things come up, and I try to be as flexible and available as possible when families need a hand. My goal is always to support your child’s development and help them grow socially, emotionally, and confidently. I am currently in college for my BA in Psychology. I graduated in May 2024 with my AS in Teacher Education with a undergrad in Special Education. I love kids of all ages. Hello! My name is Carmen and have been providing childcare since 2017. At that time I was taking care of 2 boys ages 2 1/2 and 5 1/2 months old. In April of 2019 the the parents had a 3rd child so I was then providing care for the 3 boys until September of 2019 when the parents moved to Idaho to be closer to family. I then provided childcare for 2 children while their Nanny was on maternity leave which was about a 3 month period. I have been taking care of a 2 1/2 year old boy since August of 2021 thru February 2023 but he is now attending daycare.I enjoy taking the children outside weather permitting as well as playing and reading. I can also help with meal preparation and light housekeeping if needed. I'm flexible and can adapt to your families needs, whatever they may be!
