Hi! My name is Daphny Wilches. I just graduated from the University of Florida in May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration. I’ve been working with kids for 8 years now, and childcare has always been something I’ve been genuinely passionate about. I’ve had the chance to work with all different age groups, and every experience has taught me something new. When I was 16, I was hired by the YMCA where I worked in the childcare center, refereed sports, and lifeguarded.
