They are all very precious and have bestowed upon me the knowledge on how to handle various personality types, including those on the spectrum. You can expect a sitter who will operate under what I like to call "ENS" : Empower, Nurture and Stimulate. Essentially lots of age-appropriate play and crafty activities that instill confidence in your children. I am a huge advocate for getting our children outside and encouraging healthy habits. Hi there!, my name is Loraine but I go by Lora, I am 22 years old African- American. Why I love being a sitter is because I’m great with kids and I love to help others since the day I was able to walk! I’ve babysat my older sisters 2 kids the daughter was from age 2-6 and the son from 3-8 and then my cousin who’s diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy for only 2-3 years.
