I am a lifelong professional educator , mother and step-mother.  I began babysitting at age 11 and have been babysitting and/or teaching ever since. I have a masters degree in education as well as CPR/First Aid certification.  I own my own car and have a clean driving record.  I love pets. 

I have been babysitting kids since I was a child myself, from my nieces and nephews, to cousins and siblings. It is something that isn’t new to me and that’s why I think babysitting would be a good job for me. I love babysitting kids because it’s easygoing and creating activities are fun. I also think more experience with children outside of my family will contribute to my future as a music educator.

I graduated college with a degree in elementary education in 2023 and have been working as a first grade teacher. Through these experiences, I have gained extensive knowledge and developed essential skills that help me create positive interactions with the children I care for.

Hello, My name is Corynne and I currently live in Alstead, NH. I am a trained nanny that has worked as a live-in nanny for almost 2 years. I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and a certified Reiki Master. I love teaching meditation to children and to anyone who is open to it. I am very patient, kind, and a diligent worker. In the past, I was a live-in nanny for almost 2 years caring for three children 7, 9, 11, a puppy and two cats. I am still in close contact with the family in CT. I was active daily in waking up the children, getting them dressed, preparing breakfast, and lunch with snacks for school. Drove, walked, and rode bikes to and from school. While children were at school, I would train and take care of puppy. I would also do loads of laundry, vacuum the house, prepare snacks and dinner. I would pack the boys soccer bags and the youngest ones gymnastic bag. After activities, I would drive them home to go over homework, finishing dinner and then getting them ready for bed. Whatever needed to be done, I always made sure it was done. If the dog needed to be taken to the vetinarians office, I would take him in between school time. I have always been an animal lover, just naturally great with both children and animals, which has been an asset throughout care taking. As well as caring for children, I will do house cleaning. I believe that keeping a clean environment relieves stress and clears the mind. I would also be willing to prepare any healthy organic meal for your family. I am vegan, but I do not mind cooking for others who are not. I became a caregiver because I am excellent with children and I love helping care for others. Hello! My name is Allison, and I’m a recent college graduate looking for part-time child care work. Through my undergraduate experience studying education and anthropology, I developed a deep appreciation for connection and communication with all people- especially kids! As a part of my degree program, I have completed significant coursework in human development, with a focus on effective learning environments and holistic education. Outside of the classroom, I have worked as a substitute teacher in both New Hampshire and Connecticut, delivering lesson plans and filling in for absent teachers/educational professionals across the school day. For the past 5 years, I have worked at a summer camp in Amherst, NH, moving into a supervisory position in 2024. In addition to running daily camp activities through the summer, my role includes managing a staff of 6 full-time counselors, providing behavioral management support/redirection, and coordinating field trips to many exciting places across the state. As an environmental-education facility, I have also assisted in teaching lessons to school groups, as well as hosting site events and workshops. Through my work, I have maintained an active CPR, AED, and FirstAid certification. In my spare time, I love being outside and interacting with the natural world and all that it has to offer. I have worked in sustainability for the past several years, focusing on implementing educational programming for PK-aged students about the environment. I love running, hiking, climbing, and a plethora of additional activities that allow me to experience the incredible natural world. Hi there!, my name is Loraine but I go by Lora, I am 22 years old African- American. Why I love being a sitter is because I’m great with kids and I love to help others since the day I was able to walk! I’ve babysat my older sisters 2 kids the daughter was from age 2-6 and the son from 3-8 and then my cousin who’s diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy for only 2-3 years.
