I am a lifelong professional educator , mother and step-mother.  I began babysitting at age 11 and have been babysitting and/or teaching ever since. I have a masters degree in education as well as CPR/First Aid certification.  I own my own car and have a clean driving record.  I love pets.

After I left that job, I promised myself that I would never work a job I wasn't passionate about ever again. When I turned 16, I began working at a before and after school program as well as a summer camp (ages 5-14) until I was 20. I also worked one summer at an outdoor summer camp as well. I graduated college with a degree in elementary education in 2023 and have been working as a first grade teacher. Through these experiences, I have gained extensive knowledge and developed essential skills that help me create positive interactions with the children I care for.

I'm a childcare provider with a genuine love for helping children learn, grow, and have fun. I have three years of experience caring for children of various ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and etc.! I believe in open and honest communication with parents and will follow their preferred communication method to keep them updated on their child's day and address any issues that arise on either side! I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and safety to ensure the children in my care are safe and you can have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands.
