I have a degree in Early Childhood Education, and 25 years of experience caring for children from infants to teenagers, including babysitting, being a nanny/household manager, teaching preschool, teaching gymnastics, and coaching cheerleading. I also have my own small business (Braids and Butterflies Spa Parties), hosting spa parties for girls ages 4 to 12. I have been working with children my entire adult life, and couldn't see myself doing anything else. Finding the "right fit" is very important to me, as I believe that communication is key and things go much more smoothly when everyone is on the same page. Being a nanny is more than a job to me; I form lasting relationships with the families that I care for, and I take pride in becoming an extension of family to the children in my care. I like to keep busy and I'm open to doing other household tasks such as laundry, organizing, grocery shopping/errands. I drive a minivan and have a safe driving record, and excellent references! Ideally I am looking for 10-20 hours per week, but can be flexible and I am open to working with more than one family. Also interested in occasional babysitting. I love being a sitter because it allows me to stay home or take care of my child and I have plenty of experience as I have watched all ages but many of it was unpaid. I was CPR certified, but it expired when I was pregnant with my son my son is 13 months old and I would have to bring him with me.

Hi! I am a highly recommended babysitter and friend for your child or children. I am a dance teacher of ages 2-18 as well as a certified special needs teacher’s assistant.
