Hello! My name is Josefina, and I am a dedicated, compassionate, and highly experienced professional nanny with over 15 years of providing exceptional childcare to families of all ages. Caring for children has always been more than a career for me—it’s my passion. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Throughout my career, I have cared for newborns, infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and multiples. I understand that every child is unique, and I tailor my approach to support each child’s developmental, emotional, and educational needs Whether it’s establishing routines, preparing healthy meals, organizing engaging activities, helping with homework, or encouraging social and emotional development, I strive to provide dependable, attentive care every day. I have experience working with busy professional families and understand the importance of being reliable, organized, flexible, and maintaining complete confidentiality I enjoy planning age\-appropriate educational activities, reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and helping children build confidence, independence, and positive manners. I hold professional childcare certifications, including CPR and First Aid certification, and I remain committed to following the highest safety standards. My goal is always to give parents peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, happy, and well cared for while they are away. Families describe me as warm, trustworthy, patient, dependable, and nurturing\. I value open communication and work closely with parents to ensure consistency in routines, expectations, and childcare goals. I look forward to becoming a trusted part of a family’s support system and creating meaningful, lasting relationships while helping children reach their fullest potential.

Hello Families, My name is Londyn and I am full time nanny (during the weekdays) and a student studying Pediatric Nuclear Medicine. I have been in childcare for 20+ years and am well versed in behavioral, mental, and physical milestones. I have experience with all ages, including newborns, and am first aid and CPR certified. I am a caring and nurturing person, and children have always felt comfortable near me. I have worked with children with behavioral issues, slower developmental development, as well as children with Autism and Downs Syndrome. For the family I currently work with, I do meal prep for the parents for the week, laundry, run errands, and all tasks involving the children (cooking their dinners, preparing their lunches, homework help, driving them around, etc.). I truly love being a nanny/sitter and working with children of all ages.

Londyn is nothing short of amazing. She babysat my daughter from ages 3 months to 3 years, and is attentive, caring , kind and goes above in beyond in every aspect. My daughter was a nursing baby, and Londyn was amazing in communication around her needs while in her care. Highly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have Laila caring for our little one full-time. Being a mom of four herself, her experience shines through in every interaction, but she’s also wonderfully respectful of how we want to raise our child and follows our routines effortlessly. She is incredibly attentive, kind, and always manages to get big smiles out of our baby. Any family would be lucky to have her!

Why I Love Being a Sitter I’ve always loved caring for children—it comes naturally to me. As a mom of two and a former teacher, I know how important it is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids feel seen and supported. I genuinely enjoy helping children grow, learn, and explore their unique personalities. Whether we’re reading stories, doing crafts, or just sharing a laugh, I find so much joy in building those special bonds. ⸻ My Experience My childcare journey started early—babysitting as a teen, then working summers as a camp counselor and certified lifeguard. I went on to earn a Master’s in Elementary Education and spent years teaching kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade. I also led the tennis program at Deer Mountain Day Camp, working with kids of all ages and skill levels. I’ve supported children in all stages of development and feel confident handling routines, schoolwork, playtime, and everything in between. ⸻ My Skills & Training • Master’s Degree in Elementary Education • Certified Lifeguard (past) • CPR & First Aid knowledge • Strong classroom management and communication skills • Experience with children from infants to pre-teens I’m patient, attentive, and calm under pressure—qualities that help children feel secure and help parents feel at ease. I’m currently looking for a part-time position that could grow into something more consistent or full-time down the line. I bring warmth, structure, and years of hands-on experience, and I’d love to find a family I can build a lasting relationship with.

Stephanie became such a special part of our family during the year she worked with us part time. I especially loved being able to bounce ideas off of her about my older child and find ways to encourage a bond between my two children despite their age difference. She gave me an outside perspective that, as a parent, I sometimes needed, and I truly believe she helped me reconnect with my older child in a way that brought us back to the closeness we had when he was little. She was honest, dependable, and so capable of handling whatever needed to be done when I couldn’t. Having her son around, seeing their relationship was such a beautiful example of the kind of relationship I hope to have with my own children as they grow. She really did become family, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent, especially one who feels nervous about having a nanny. She is so much more than a nanny.

Hi I’m Molly! I’m a comic book artist, looking for extra work! I absolutely adore children, and believe there’s nothing more fulfilling than helping families. I have previous nannying experience in college. I nannied for a 2-year-old boy and 5-year-girl. I also have my very own 5-year-old sister, so I’ve seen every meltdown, every smelly diaper, and every crazy situation you can imagine! I have additional mental healthy training from my experience as a peer mentor at Montclair State University (however, those were very big kids!!) As an artist, I have a very active imagination so we can definitely play pretend, make cookies (not to brag, but my fiancé thinks I make the best chocolate chip cookies), or do whatever the kiddos want—within reason of course, haha!

We hired Micah as an occasional babysitter for our 2 year old daughter. We appreciate her prompt replies when we ask for help, and she is kind and playful with our child! She has a calm and trustworthy demeanor. We haven't needed the extra help lately, but when we do, she is on our list of sitters to call!

I have 20 years experience with infants, toddlers and kids. I'm CPR/First Aid/AED trained. Multiple references. I'm currently available weekday mornings from 6am-9am or after 3pm and occasional weekend evenings. I have my own reliable car and am able to drive the kids if needed. I love arts and crafts, movies and making sure kids play outside when weather permits.

Kelly has been and is currently our sitter of choice for the past 9 years! She started with us when my younger son was an infant and my oldest was a toddler. My kids loved her from the start. She was very engaging with them and kept them occupied by playing games or reading stories etc. She always made them feel safe and cared for. As a parent what I loved most, was at the end of the evening, we would get a full report of the nights event from Kelly. We could tell she really knew our kids. Kelly is hands down the most reliable, responsible and hard working babysitter I know! She never hesitated to reach out if there was a question or concern, but also was mature enough to handle situations on her own and totally appropriately. My husband and I trust her completely with our two sons and our dog which she pets sits for while we are away. We never worry when Kelly is with our kids or taking care of our dog and home. We feel truly blessed to have met Kelly many years ago and welcomed her into our lives. We really can't rave enough about the quality individual she is!
