Laila graciously stepped in at the very last minute, when our babysitter canceled with the flu. She was so kind, professional, & capable when we ran out the door 2 minutes after she arrived at our hotel room. She handled everything beautifully, and we came home to our babies sound asleep in their bed, all tucked in. So grateful for Laila for allowing us to have this long-awaited night at the theatre!

Laila is one of those people who radiates warmth the moment you meet her. From our very first interaction, she made me feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for. She has incredible patience with children and a thoughtful, well-grounded approach to childcare and early education, which gives me so much confidence and comfort when leaving my baby with her. She pays close attention to details in her daily work—she not only gently guides and adjusts my baby’s behavior when needed, but also communicates with me right away about anything I should be aware of. I truly feel she has become an important part of our family. Both our baby and everyone in our home adore her. Her husband and child are also such sweet, supportive people, which only adds to how grateful we are to have her in our lives. Highly, highly recommend her.
