Gretta B., Child Care in Leonardo, NJ 07737 with 6 years of paid experience

Hello! For the past 6 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a nanny, a role I am genuinely passionate about. With years of hands-on experience caring for children from a variety of backgrounds, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to adapt to all types of family dynamics. Building genuine connections with both parents and children has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my job, and I've gained valuable insight and wisdom along the way. As your nanny, I recognize that I’m stepping into a very personal part of your life. That’s why I prioritize honesty, open communication, and mutual respect—so we can work together to create a nurturing, comfortable, and consistent environment. Children are like sponges—they absorb the energy and behavior around them. It’s important to lead by example, and address any obstacles with compassion, positivity, and patience. Every kid deserves a warm, enthusiastic, and attentive caregiver to guide them through life’s important moments. I’ve worked with infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged children. I’m also confident managing multiple children at once. Pets in the home? Always a bonus! Additionally, I am happy to assist with light housework, cooking, and transportation to and from extracurricular activities. Your family’s routines and preferences are important to me—I will always respect your parenting style and household rules. If there are any concerns, boundaries, or preferences, I’m here to listen and adapt accordingly. I have several references from the wonderful families I’ve had the pleasure of working with through Sittercity, and I’m happy to provide their contact information upon request. I also have a detailed resume available if you’d like to learn more about my experience. Currently, I’m looking for a part-time or (preferably) full-time live-out position. I’m based in Brooklyn, but am open to commuting if we’re a great match! Feel free to message me if you have any questions, and I look forward to hearing from you soon! 💕

Regina Y., Child Care in Leonardo, NJ 07737 with 19 years of paid experience

AS OF 9/25/25 I AM NOT AVAILABLE FOR BABYSITTING AS I AM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. WILL RETURN ASAP Hello! My name is Regina, and I’m a 34-year-old mother to a wonderful 9-year-old boy. I live in Staten Island and am currently focused on offering reliable, compassionate, and experienced childcare within the borough. I’m a licensed cosmetologist, a dedicated homeschooling mom, and a certified provider of Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. I speak both English and Russian fluently, and I was born and raised in the U.S. Childcare has been a consistent part of my life for about 19 years. Ive babysat since I was about 16 years old.Prior to having my son, I cared for two young girls over several years—one from the age of 3 to 8, and another around age 9 or 10 for a year. I’ve also helped care for my younger sister, who is now 18. Recently Ive watch a sibling pair aged 1 and 5 . Currently watching a sweet 8 month old boy and occasional date nights for a 10 month old. I am patient, kind, attentive, and deeply compassionate—traits that make me a natural caregiver. I genuinely enjoy being around children, and I aim to create a safe, warm, and engaging environment. Your child’s well-being would be my top priority, and I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I’m happy to follow any special instructions or routines you prefer, and although I don’t have formal special needs experience, I’m a fast learner and very adaptable. I have my own transportation and am currently available for local work within Staten Island only. I do not bring my child to work—when I’m caring for your child(ren), my full focus is on them. I’m looking for a part-time position with a minimum of 4 hours per shift, ideally 3–5 days per week. My schedule is flexible around homeschooling and extracurriculars. I’m open to caring for up to 2 children (possibly 3, depending on ages), and I’d be happy to coordinate potential playdates if that’s something you’re interested in. Rates: • $20-$25/hour for one child depending on age • Additional $5/hour for each extra child or additional duties I’d love the opportunity to speak with you further and answer any questions. Meeting in person or having a quick phone interview is the best way to see if we’re a good fit. As a fellow parent, I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy, nurturing, and reliable. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your children with love and care—you’ve found the right person.
