Hello! I recently moved out of New York City leaving my job in childcare (ages prek-8th) of 3 years. Now I am back in school, training to become a Pilates teacher and generally have a flexible schedule. I loved working with the kids, and the emotional reward of impacting their small lives. In addition to my professional experience in childcare, I also have always had young kids in my family to look after. While I do not have any paid childcare experience, I do have 6 siblings, 4 of them being younger than me. I am a certified EMT as well. I’ve worked in a preschool with children ages 3–5, have experience babysitting, and taught first grade in Paterson, New Jersey. I’m currently working as a paraprofessional supporting children with special needs, which has given me even more hands-on experience with different learning styles, behaviors, and individualized support. What skills and training do you have? My education is in psychology, and I’m currently in school to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. This has given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and emotional support. I’m patient, reliable, and able to adapt to each child’s unique needs. I’m also experienced in creating structure, managing routines, and helping children feel safe, understood, and cared for.

Hello! I have been an on and off nanny for just under six years now. I have also worked for The Goddard School as well. During my employment at The Goddard School, I worked throughout every aged room. My main rooms during my stay were the infant and two/three year old rooms. I have worked with many families and all ages under 12! I am cpr and first aid certified! I love being able to work in childcare and view the progress and advancements in milestones within each individual I work with. I also have been blessed enough to have the opportunity to have my own bundle of joy and become a mom this year! I am a soon-to-be graduate of Morris County College, studying Child and Family studies. When completed, I will transfer to a University to major in Child Advocacy. My goal is to help children in any way that I can. I have 1 year of experience working with children of all ages- infants to 10 yr. I worked as a camp counselor and currently working at a childcare center as an assistant teacher and at a church in their nursery. I have also done plenty of babysitting for family members and neighbors. Greetings, my name is Bryane Banks. During high school I joined a career technical school which I studied childcare. During my studying I was offered to work at their facility which ranged with different ages of the children. I learned how to meal prep for the children, dealing with nap times, potty training and kids with special needs. A few children families asked me to become their babysitters outside of work hours included on weekends which I was more than happy to help with.

I am comfortable with meal preps, nap and/or bedtime stories, baths, etc. I have a college degree in Communications and am First Aid, CPR & Safe Sport certified.
