Hi! I love children and have been taking care of them for over 20 years. I am very energetic, love playing outdoors, reading, doing crafts, etc. In addition to being a mom myself..my experience includes being a nanny, working in daycare, a nursery school teacher, and working in a nursery at a health club. I am looking for part time work, and am also free for Fri/Sat night date nights. Please contact me if you are interested. Thank you!

Sheri was absolutely amazing. We recently traveled to CT for a family wedding weekend and needed someone to watch our two small children during and after the rehearsal dinner and then on and off during the wedding day. After messaging a bit on the SitterCity app, she took the initiative to call me a week and a half before the wedding to discuss my needs for the weekend and learn more about the kids. Her kind and responsible manner was immediately evident on the phone. She was prompt (even early) both days and came prepared with loads of toys and activities for the kids. The kids immediately warmed up to her and seemed to enjoy the time they spent with her. Sheri even helped out during the wedding ceremony - when my son started to fuss, she just scooped him up and took him for a walk. Sheri just seemed to know how to help. My husband and I didn’t worry for a minute while our kids were in her care. I wish I could find someone just like her in my hometown of ATL! Definitely hire her, you won’t regret it.

Lori was amazing and our kids really enjoyed spending time with her and even asked for her to come look after them again which is rare. She is clearly a kind and thoughtful person and really engaged with the kids with through conversation’s and games and even brought some arts and craft projects which was a nice touch. With a high energy son and a more quiet and artsy daughter it can be a challenge to keep both entertained and Lori did this brilliantly. We will definitely be reaching out again when we need help.

I am looking for a full-time summer position. I can start end of June. I live in Carmel, NY but am willing to travel. I have my own car, as well. I believe I have a great deal of patience and I put my heart into everything I do. I am responsible and flexible with times/schedules. Being in a school setting, I've had to deal with many different situations and have learned how to deal with them successfully and in an effective way. I'm 26 years old and graduated from graduate school for elementary education (K-6). I went to Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT for undergrad and grad school. I received my Master's Degree for Elementary Education. I interned and student taught in Darien, CT. I taught in Kindergarten and absolutely loved it. I currently teach at an elementary school in Mahopac. I've been working with children ever since I was 13, whether it was babysitting or working at a day camp. I worked at a day camp for 3 summers and worked with children ages 5 & 6. I hope to teach Kindergarten or 1st grade in the future. I've worked for several different types of families in the past. I've babysat for as many as 5 kids at once, ranging from infant to 12 years old (I've also had experience with pets of all kinds!). I have many younger cousins and 2 younger siblings that I've babysat for and that has provided me with additional experience! I love doing arts and crafts and being outdoors with the kids. I love being creative! If you need a fun, easy-going, caring, responsible and flexible babysitter, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you!

Hey everyone! 👋🏼 I’ve been babysitting/nannying since my freshman year of high school, and I genuinely love spending time with kids! I’m here to make your life a little easier and provide a safe, fun, and caring environment for your little ones. I’m happy to help with more than just childcare, including light cleaning, laundry, and homework help. I have experience caring for children ranging from 8 months to 13 years old. I would love to work for someone who respects me, how I will respect them. I have a plethora of references as well. I’m currently a junior at Western Connecticut State University, studying Speech-Language Pathology, and I’d love the opportunity to help out your family!

Finding someone you trust to care for your children is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. My goal is to provide a safe, dependable, and nurturing environment where children feel supported, engaged, and excited to learn and have fun. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Special Education and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a self-contained special education classroom in the White Plains City School District, where I support students with a wide range of learning, communication, and behavioral needs. Before working in the school setting, I spent several summers at my local day camp, where I worked my way up from counselor to Behavior Director. In that role, I supported campers with behavioral needs, collaborated with staff and families, helped implement behavior strategies, and worked to ensure every child had a safe, positive, and successful camp experience. In addition to my work in education, I have babysat for numerous families with children of all ages. Whether we’re playing outside, doing crafts, reading stories, helping with homework, or following bedtime routines, I strive to create a fun, engaging, and structured environment where children feel safe, supported, and cared for. I understand that every child is unique, and I take the time to learn each child’s personality, interests, and routines. My goal is to build trusting relationships with both children and parents by being patient, dependable, and attentive while creating meaningful experiences for the children in my care. As both an educator and caregiver, I understand the trust parents place in someone caring for their children. I take that responsibility seriously and would be honored to provide your family with reliable, compassionate, and high-quality care.

When I was 12 years old I started helping my aunt with my little cousins and from there my experience with children grew. In high school I organized birthday parties for small children at a sports center. From there I worked at a day care teaching children ranging in age from infancy to school age, responsible for four to 10 children at a time. It was there that I fell in love with a family and became their nanny full time. At the time I started with them they had three children, ages 6 months, 2 and 4. With the family I was responsible for organizing their daily activities, driving them to preschool, activities, appointments, play dates, etc. Two years later I rose to the challenge as the family had another child. It was then that my organizational skills, my patience, and my passion for taking care of children expanded. I was not only a baby sitter for these children but became a member of their family. I describe myself as being energetic, compassionate, trustworthy, and dedicated.

Hi! My name is Lexi, and I'm 24 years old. I am currently in school at Naugatuck Valley community college. I have around 4 years experience working with children and genuinely love helping them learn, play, and grow. I started babysitting for families at my church and have continued caring for children of different ages over the years. I also worked at an after-school care program and a summer camp, where I supervised and engaged with children across a wide range of age groups. These experiences have helped me become patient, adaptable, and confident in caring for children with different personalities and needs. I'm responsible, dependable, and always strive to create a fun, safe, and positive environment for every child!
