Experience: - I have loved my experience working with kids for 10+ years. I thoroughly enjoyed working at Primrose School. I was a lead toddler teacher for 18-24 months, which gave me the unique ability to independently teach/care for 8-10 toddlers at a time. - I worked at my local church caring for children aged 6 months to 12 years old. - I was a nanny for 2 boys aged 7 and 11 in the summers. While nannying I made breakfast and lunch, drove the boys to camp/practices, took them to parks, helped with daily workbooks and reading, etc. - I was also a regular weekend babysitter for at least a dozen families ranging in age and family size. I have completed many student teaching hours in elementary schools, where I tutored kids in math and reading and administered one-on-one phonetic and math tests. - Before I moved to Dayton, I worked in a 2-year-old classroom at a Montessori school in Chicago. I am a mother myself to an 16 month old boy! I love being a sitter because I love kids! I like to go outside, to nearby parks & love swimming as well! I have been babysitting for since I was 15, so that is 10 years! I have experience with special needs children one of them had a feeding tube so I am able to change those! I can read stories, and color with your littles as well as potty train, and cook your littles meals! I currently do not have any CPR training but I am able to do basic first aide. I will be taking a class for both of those!

I am the oldest of 6 kids , so I have been caring for kids for as long as I can remember! I loved nurturing and taking care of my siblings. Now that I am an adult and I have a child of my own, I truly couldn’t be happier. My son is two, and he has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Autism Spectrum Disorder, so I now more than ever understand the extra patience and care that kids need and I am more than happy to provide that.
