I am a recent graduate from OU. I have my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC-C). I am a mother of two. My kids are now 26 and 24 years old. During the Fall and Spring, I work at Bixby High School as a Special Education Job Coach. I worked at Bixby North elementary for 7 years where I worked with kids that have Downs Syndrome, autism, and other special needs. I actually worked in the I.T. field for over 25 years and when I was laid off, I became a substitute teacher for Bixby Public Schools. I was offered a permanent job at Bixby in September 2017. I volunteer weekly at LifeChurch kids program for newborn - 3 years old and have done this for over 15 years. I have had training in first-aid and CPR. My latest background check was done by Bixby Public Schools in May 2023. I love kids. They are the most precious gift on earth.
