I started sitting over 20 years ago for children and pets. My experience with children ranges from daycare settings to occasional date nights to full time nanny work. My specialty is with infants and toddlers but I enjoy helping out with the older kiddos too. *Happy to help with homework, dishes, cooking, and laundry. After high school, while I attended Hotel-Restaurant Management School in Seattle, I worked as a live-in nanny for a prominent Seattle family with 4 children. (the eldest is now the CEO of the family company) I worked for over 5 years for a family in Redwood City, for date nights and 3-5 days overnight business trips. I have two children of my own. I have worked through SitteCity for over 15 years. One of the jobs was for a prominent Silicon Valley family with a 3.5 month old baby, for 72 hours straight when the family was between nannies.
