I was the oldest in a family of six. From ages 10-18 I spent a lot of time with my three younger half sisters watching them for my mother while she was working. I watched them grow up from babies to the almost teenagers they are now. Reading books, creating games, and doing art are all ways we kept ourselves busy. I know how to change a diaper, prepare a healthy meal from scratch, and make sure that no one is drawing on the wall. I'm also pretty good at defusing arguments between siblings and getting everyone to get along. I enjoy being around kids because of their limitless creative abilities and for the joy they express at such small things. I enjoy watching kids because most have a lot of energy and so do I.
