I have nothing but positive things to say about Simone. We started when my son was on about 3 months old. From the very beginning she was thoughtful, proactive, and very communicative. As first time parents we appreciated her ability following the guidelines we set in place, and kept our son’s happiness, health, and safety as a top priority. We were impressed by her natural ability to jump right in and found she had grate natural instincts to support our son. Additionally she was always prompt, proactive and was a great help with other upkeep during nap times. We genuinely just enjoyed having her positive energy in our home and put us at easy knowing our son was in such patient and caring hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Simone again. We’re grateful for our time with her and any family would be lucky to have her!

Jordyn has been a fantastic help in caring for our twins. She has been punctual and pleasant. The one time that she was running late she called us well in advance to let us know. I am working from home and as such I have the privilege of checking in with my kids through the work day. It's clear that when she's with the kids she's engaging with them and not just jumping up to look busy. They go outside to play. They do activities. They sit and have quiet time. She is not someone that needs prompting to engage with them and that's huge. My kids love her and when she goes home after a long day they ask me to take them to her house. I cannot recommend her more if you have the opportunity to hire her.

Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I truly enjoy working with kids and making a positive impact in their lives. Every child is unique, and I love building connections with them, helping them learn, grow, and feel safe. Whether it’s reading stories, playing games, or helping with homework, I find a lot of joy in being someone they can trust and have fun with. It’s also rewarding to support parents by giving them peace of mind knowing their children are well cared for. What experience do you have? I currently work at the Kids Klub at LA Fitness, where I care for children of all ages, including those with disabilities. I’ve also babysat for different families, taking care of children ranging from 3 months to 14 years old. These experiences have given me strong skills in supervision, engagement, and adapting to different children's needs and personalities. I’ve also helped with daily routines like feeding, changing diapers, and bedtime. What skills and training do you have? I am CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association and have gone through background checks and additional training through my job at LA Fitness. I’m fluent in Spanish, which helps me support bilingual families and assist with homework or tutoring when needed. I’m also currently in college studying Allied Health, which has given me a solid understanding of child development, health, and safety practices.

I've always known I wanted to work with children. I started working at a children's center in high school and continued throughout college. I have worked as a preschool assistant teacher, a preschool teacher, a substitute teacher, and then a special education teacher all in Pennsylvania in a span of about ten years. I am currently an EC teacher in North Carolina. I enjoy lots of outdoor activities, reading, and crafting.

I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. Caring for others has always been a passion of mine, which is what led me to become an EMT. I enjoy building trusting relationships with families and giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are safe, supported, and well cared for. I have experience babysitting for family, friends, younger siblings, cousins, and nephews, caring for children of different ages and personalities. I've also volunteered with organizations that work alongside children, where I helped create a positive and supportive environment. In addition, I have over two years of experience as an EMT, caring for people of all ages in both emergency and non-emergency situations. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, strong communication, and how to stay calm and make good decisions in unexpected situations. I am a certified EMT with Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR training. I have experience in first aid, emergency response, patient assessment, and maintaining a safe environment. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and able to remain calm under pressure. I'm also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing me to communicate with Deaf and hard-of-hearing children and family members. My childcare and medical experience have given me the skills to provide safe, compassionate, and attentive care while keeping children engaged and supported.
