For two years (September 2020-August 2022) I was a full-time, live-in nanny for two children ages 1-5 in Washington, DC. I had a great relationship with the family and loved working with the children. I have been babysitting/nannying since the age of 14 and have experience with children of all ages (infant-adolescent). I live in the Highland Park and I have a car for transportation. I absolutely love working with children and am a very flexible person. Growing up in a home that provided foster care to many children, I learned to value from a young age the importance of curiosity, play, teaching at an appropriate level, and the impact of engaged care on developing minds. I have spent time working with children of all ages in paid babysitting/nannying positions, as well as counseling kids 5-18 at a summer camp for the past 4 years. I am currently a student working towards a degree as an occupational therapy assistant to eventually work with young children as an OTA.
