I graduated from Duquesne University with a 3.6 gpa and a psychology degree. I grew up with little siblings. I have a 9 year old brother and he is my main source of experience. Taking care of him the past 9 years and watching him grow up has been the biggest joy of my life. I now work as a family service worker for the state and am around children most of the day!

I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being someone they can feel comfortable, safe, and cared for around. I love watching them learn, grow, and express their personalities, and I enjoy creating fun, engaging activities that make their time with me enjoyable. Building a trusting relationship with both children and their families is one of my favorite parts of childcare. I have over 4 years of childcare experience, including professional experience working in a daycare. I have experience caring for infants and toddlers, as well as working with elementary-aged children. I also have experience working with children with special needs.

I am the firstborn in a family of six children , and from a young age I helped my mother care for my of my younger siblings from infancy when I have free time . This experience shaped my patience, responsibility, and deep love for working with children. Caring for kids is more than just a job to me , it is something I genuinely enjoy and feel passionate about. I have developed a calm, nurturing, and dependable approach. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel valued. My creative and imaginative personality helps me keep children engaged through educational activities, outdoor play, board games, and age-appropriate activities. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and believe in maintaining open communication with parents through their preferred method of contact to ensure trust and peace of mind. I would be honored to become a trusted, caring, and joyful part of your family's daily routine.

- I absolutely love working with kids, I have always had GREAT connections with them, - I always watch my younger cousins, they are 12,10,9, and 8 right now but I’ve watched them whenever they were younger, I also help with my older cousins babies, they are 3 and 2 but I’ve watched them since they were newborns.

Hi, my name is Matheson. I have more than 10 years experience working with children from infants to teens. I have also cared for and assisted children with mental and physical disabilities. Those who need special and full care (changing, feeding, dressing, heavily supervised activities). Learning disabilities are also not an issue for me given past experiences (dyslexia, reading and writing deficits). I have completed a CPR and First Aid courses. I am a proficient swimmer who enjoys various water sports. I love building relationships with the families and children I work with. I enjoy becoming "part of the family" and meeting various wants and needs. I have safe transportation. I am willing to do things beyond childcare, such as errands, transportation to and from school and activities, meal prep, pets, light housework, help with schoolwork, etc. I am excited for a new opportunity to work with a new family. Most of the families I worked for I spent years with. I enjoy building short and long term relationships with the families I work for. I make my own schedule so I am available with significant flexibility. References available upon request.

Hi! My name is Gabriella, and I’m a 19-year-old who has been caring for children since I was 15. I’m responsible, patient, caring, and love creating a fun and comfortable environment for kids. I’m currently attending cosmetology school from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, so I’m available for babysitting outside of those hours, including evenings and weekends. I also have a reliable vehicle, so I’m able to help with school pick-ups, activities, appointments, or other transportation needs when needed. Over the years, babysitting has helped me become comfortable caring for children of different ages and handling different personalities and needs. I always make sure children are safe, happy, and cared for while their parents are away. I’d love the opportunity to become someone your family can trust and rely on!

I guess this part is where I'm supposed to brag about how I'm so qualified but I'm no more qualified than the average mother I grew up in a Seventh Day Adventist Church my father was an elder in that church and still is to this daywhere I would take care of the kids in the nursery I started doing that at the age of 8 taking care of the infants in there while the adults were worshiping. My adopted mother always said that kids were drawn to me I can communicate better with children than adults I always have been able. I had my first son when I was 17 years old my second son I had when I was 19 and I had my daughter when I was 22 I am now 38 so I've had a lot of experience being a mother I don't have a lot of the qualifications that most people would have while applying for this position but if you would just give me a shot I think you would be surprised
