Hi, my name is Matheson. I have more than 10 years experience working with children from infants to teens. I have also cared for and assisted children with mental and physical disabilities. Those who need special and full care (changing, feeding, dressing, heavily supervised activities). Learning disabilities are also not an issue for me given past experiences (dyslexia, reading and writing deficits). I have completed a CPR and First Aid courses. I am a proficient swimmer who enjoys various water sports. I love building relationships with the families and children I work with. I enjoy becoming "part of the family" and meeting various wants and needs. I have safe transportation. I am willing to do things beyond childcare, such as errands, transportation to and from school and activities, meal prep, pets, light housework, help with schoolwork, etc. I am excited for a new opportunity to work with a new family.
