Hi there! My name is Hailey, I am 23 years old and live in Dingmans Ferry, PA. I grew up in Matamoras, PA and have been heavily involved in my community from a very young age via volunteer work for various non-profit organizations and child welfare agencies, which guided me to pursue a career working with children. I was raised by a single mom for most of my life who owns & operates and in home daycare that she developed when I was young as a way to provide care for myself and my siblings. As the oldest of my siblings, with a significant age gap, and exposure to children of all ages through her daycare, I gained extensive experience working with children of all ages very early on in life.
