I'm a current college freshman, majoring in psychology and criminal justice. I'm trying to help out my community as well as earn income while in school. I have experience working with kids - I've taken care of my two younger sisters for as long as I can remember. I also worked at a summer camp with kids around kindergarten age. Additionally, I recently started working at a daycare on weekdays. My new job does limit my availability, however, if you're looking for someone with complete weekend availability, look no further! I am CPR & First Aid certified. I'm comfortable caring for children aged one and up. I know how to do diaper changing. I'm skilled with housekeeping, pets, and meal prep. I also have my own reliable car. I have a patient, energetic, adventurous personality & I'm comfortable with all kinds of personalities! Feel free to contact me with questions or to set up a meeting!

Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I truly enjoy working with kids and making a positive impact in their lives. Every child is unique, and I love building connections with them, helping them learn, grow, and feel safe. Whether it’s reading stories, playing games, or helping with homework, I find a lot of joy in being someone they can trust and have fun with. It’s also rewarding to support parents by giving them peace of mind knowing their children are well cared for. What experience do you have? I currently work at the Kids Klub at LA Fitness, where I care for children of all ages, including those with disabilities. I’ve also babysat for different families, taking care of children ranging from 3 months to 14 years old. These experiences have given me strong skills in supervision, engagement, and adapting to different children's needs and personalities. I’ve also helped with daily routines like feeding, changing diapers, and bedtime. What skills and training do you have? I am CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association and have gone through background checks and additional training through my job at LA Fitness. I’m fluent in Spanish, which helps me support bilingual families and assist with homework or tutoring when needed. I’m also currently in college studying Allied Health, which has given me a solid understanding of child development, health, and safety practices.

I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids. My background includes 2 years as an au pair, where I lived with a family and cared for four children, including 4-year-old twins, a baby, and a 6-year-old. This experience helped me develop strong skills in managing busy households, creating routines, and supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs. I am currently working as a nanny for a family with four children, where I provide attentive, reliable, and engaging care. In addition to childcare, I assist with household tasks such as running errands and meal preparation, helping keep the home organized and supporting the family’s daily routine. I am confident handling multiple children at once and enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I focus on age-appropriate activities, positive guidance, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I am responsible, patient, and adaptable, and I take pride in helping children grow, learn, and feel supported every day.

My name is Siena & I’m currently a junior at UF. My major is communications, sciences, & disorders. I’ve been babysitting since I was 12; I’ll be 21 in Oct. Throughout high school, I was interested in/took a variety of childhood psychology classes and that set me up to be able to participate in the preschool class program. For the last 3 years I worked at the South Fayette summer camp as a counselor for ages 5-12. I really enjoyed that experience and everything it had taught me. The kids are what make the experience fun. They are all sweet, funny, creative, and always leave me on my toes. All my certifications through that are still valid (cpr, criminal, child abuse, mandated reporter, fingerprints, first aid). As of now, I have experience with 5month - 12 years. I don’t typically watch more than 2 kids at a time & I have experience with toddler twins. My college schedule isn’t set yet, but I’m flexible and can work around it/time manage accordingly.

I have worked in daycares and I know what they are like. Most of the time your children do not get supervised that well. I am a play outside kind of girl not on the screen all day.

Hello, Why I love being a Sitter, well growing up with Love I feel has nurtured my heart for children and the fact they I am a female it's just natural for me to have a soft spot for children. I feel I was raised learning to take care and look after children along with sewing. For every family has a skill that they pass down to their child if they are privileged to have the time to do so and my Mom did! I am very Thankful for that! And since the forth grade Mom always had her God-child over at the house just about every week for a night or two. He was 2 and was around us since the age of 8 and then he was into after school activities so he did not have the time. His sister sometimes would come over too (she was 3 years older) and also on our street we had kids that we looked after. Children have always been in my life. I helped look after a baby Boy for 6 years for 2017-2023. While being a Big Sister, Mentor, and Role Model to 2 Girls for 18 years. Which over the years has provided me Excellent and Heartfelt training because they were family. So looking after children has become natural to me and I have learned Soo very much! Childcare has taught me what I could not learn from anyother Subject and or Occupation it is a Priceless experience! I've Studied Fashion Design and Broadcasting and now I want to continue Childcare as A Sitter and or Nanny. * Only Homes without pets. Background check coming soon.
