I have worked with children most of my life. I used to babysit for neighborhood children when I was growing up. I then went to college for Business Administration but also completed the requirements for teacher certification in Pre-K to Grade 2. I worked for several years with Head Start and then at a child development center (for more than 12 years) in several roles from teaching to administration. I am a mom of a college student and now have more time on my hands so I would like to get back to working with young children again.

I believe in the power of nature as a tool for education and love to spend time exploring outdoors, getting messy, and encouraging growth through play. My 40 years of experience include potty training, establishing sleep routines, and encouraging healthy relationships with food.
