I've always loved taking care of kids. both of my older sisters had given birth when I was still in high school and still needed work. so while they worked at night I was asked to take care of their kids. which I loved taking care of my nieces and nephews. my high school provided first aid and CPR training for students which help because I started to babysit for friends of my family. I gained a lot experience taking care of children for most of my high school life and even after graduating.

My name is Kirtara Green and I am 28years old. I have my bachelor's in Sociology and my master's in Social Work. My passion for social work stems from Gabrielle Fernandez. Children are innocent and should always be treated with respect and love. What sets me apart from others is the sincerity I have towards children. Once a child is left in my care, I treat them as my own or as I would want my child to be treated. My experience includes working in child protective services in the investigations department. While maintaining a caseload, my duties also consisted of sitting with minor children for 12 hours on the weekends. We have to feed the child and help with their medications during that time. I have also received training in de-escalating situations among minor children. While being a caseworker, I found it relatable to adolescents and meet kids where they are by being understandable.
