I am a 22 year old registered behavior technician. I work with children on the autism spectrum, so I have daily experience working with children ages 2-14 on the spectrum. I can sew, including making a piece of apparel from scratch, or mending a tear in clothing. I can sew accessories, blankets, and even make alterations to dog outfits. (I also have my own sewing machine and serger.) I'm happy to teach these skills as well. I am decent at mathematics and practice arithmetic mentally. I have a verbose vocabulary, and I'm happy to help with reading and writing. My tying is proficient with 84wpm and I can also type using 10 key.

Hello! I will be graduating soon with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and have been working for kids for over 4 years. I have 2 years of experience working as a nanny to 2 children under 5 as well as other experiences working as a Sunday school teacher, summer camp counselor, and tutor for children ages 5-12. While in college and for several years after graduating college I worked as a nanny, a babysitter, a tutor, and provided care for a child with special needs. I have worked with all ages from newborn to middle school. I have also worked with teenagers at my church youth group. My nanny positions included pick up after school, homework help, housework, snacks and meals, running errands, facilitating play dates, and occasional overnight care. My babysitting positions were usually evening and weekend care while the parents were gone. Basic playing of games, snacks/meals, and bedtime. My tutoring position was with a boy with autism. The child I took care of with special needs had cerebal palsy. I would do all the basics in care for him plus special exercises to help his body develop and function better. I graduated with my degree in dental hygiene. I have worked both full time and part time as a dental hygienist, but have stepped away and only work as a fill in hygienist now. Therefore, my dental hygiene work is infrequent, and I would love to go back to doing something I truly enjoy. Through being a dental hygienist, I do have my CPR certification.
