I recently earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. Growing up with seven nieces and nephews, I’ve always had a deep love for working with children. Over the years, I’ve gained a wide range of childcare experience—from being a teacher’s assistant for elementary students and babysitting during high school summers, to working at university-led summer camps with elementary-aged kids. During college, I also had the opportunity to volunteer in the special needs ministry at my church, which helped me develop even more patience, empathy, and understanding. I love children and play what they want to play, make snacks when they want to eat and make sure to cover all things that the parents ask. I text the parents when I pick up and drop off the children. I walk two pups on days that the family needs and love animals of just about any kind. You can trust me with your child, in your home, with your animals and you will never know I have a phone unless on the rare occasion you happen to hear it.
