Although I’ve never worked in a day care or a professional nanny job, I’ve been a babysitter many times growing up, as well as being the oldest sibling of five children. I was raised on a farm with lots of animals and have two dogs of my own so I am open to feeding/ letting out/ taking care of pets as well. I can do housework, dishes, laundry, help kids with their homework, etc. I love to do arts and crafts, be outdoors, and make sure that any kid I’m babysitting has a fun time. I’m a mother to a 14 month old myself, with a baby on the way! I’m dependable, punctual, and always have a good attitude.

I currently work at Pioneer Baptist Daycare Center as a CPR certified daycare teacher while still in college. I work with all ages that range from three months to school age kids. I absolutely love my job and the kids I take care of. We have daily curriculums that we complete and set routines that the kids follow. Although they are set, it varies from each classroom with the different ages, so I am easily adaptable to change in different homes or classrooms. I'm currently enrolled at TSTC majoring in Environmental Science with aspirations to become a park ranger. I love the outdoors and most things that involve it. I go to classes every Monday and Wednesday all day, but other than that, I am working at the daycare. Like I said earlier, I love my job, but I am wanting to start leaning towards a more personal approach. More personal in the aspect of having a couple of kids I get to give undivided attention to, do more frequent activities, and know the kids on a different level.
