I have my Associate's degree in Psychology and I am continuing my education in hopes to become an Adolescent Clinical Therapist. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified. I love working with kids on a personal level by learning their personality. I use a hands-on approach to gain the trust of both parent and child. Providing childcare isn't just a job, it's accepting to play a large role in a child's life and help guide them as they grow and develop. I love fun and smiles but I also like to promote educational activities appropriate to the child's age (for example going over the alphabet or doing puzzles with a toddler, or practicing tummy time with an infant!) I strive to become not only their babysitter, but one of their best friends. I have a genuine love and passion for kids and I have realized this is my life's calling. I don't mind embarrassing myself for a laugh (well for the kids at least)! It's so easy to make them smile and I absolutely love doing it.
