Hi, my name is Bahia, I am 34 years old and I have my master's degree in marriage, family, and child counseling. For the past 7 years I have been a nanny, splitting my time between multiple families, almost all of whom have had at least two children ranging from 3 months old to 7 years old. Before nannying I worked at an autism center for 5 years, first as a behavior therapist, and eventually as a clinical supervisor. At this job I worked one on one with children ranging from 18 months of age to 15 years old. At this job I was trained in methods of language development and behavior management. While working at the autism center and completing my master’s degree I also interned as a marriage and family therapist trainee for two years, and approximately half of my caseload consisted of children. I occasionally babysat while in high school and as an undergrad. I have also been a very involved aunt to a now 14-year-old girl and 12-year old twins. Saving my best experience for last, I am the proud mama to a sweet boy who was born in March 2021. I am currently looking for a part time job that I can bring my son to, or date night/weekend jobs when I can leave my son with his dad if needed. I have been bringing my son to work with ume since he was 6 months old, so he is very used to it. I will not favor my child while on the job, I see this as a great way to teach him to share toys and attention with other children. I hope that my extensive knowledge and experience with children will make me the right fit for your family.

Experienced nanny with a high-focus on building healthy attachment styles by creating a predictable environment, guiding emotional and mental development. While I do incorporate a lot of learning into our play from neuroscience books I've read, I prefer to keep it fluid and still allow the child to be a child. I follow a Montessori approach, so I don't feel comfortable forcing learning or being rigid with the methods. Particularly with toddlers, I allow them to take the lead through their interests to develop their independence and need for autotomy. This empowers them to manage nonnegotiable rules and boundaries with less meltdowns; in other words, we're building the foundational skills for compromising. WFH Families Unfortunately, I am not a good fit for this environment I have worked with lovely families and even then, found my introverted temperament type gets exhausted integrating into the nuances of a family dynamic.

My name is Taryn and I have been a nanny for the last 12 years. I am also a certified medical assistant. I have worked with multiple families as a nanny and they have all become like family. I work part time for an amazing family right now and have been with them for the last four years. I am looking for a family/families who need an occasional sitter once a week or a few times a month, just to fill in all the off time I have. I have a 3 year old daughter that I occasionally bring with me depending on the time of day. I have continued to do this for so long because I find it extremely rewarding. I have multiple references from past and current families I’ve worked for and I hopefully will meet more amazing families soon!

Hi! My name is Ariell. I am a stay at home mom and have over 20 years of experience in child care. First Aid and CPR certified. I babysit from my home and I am willing to do pickups and drop offs for parents convenience. We do lots of exploring outdoors when weather permits, playing, reading, puzzles and I provide food and snacks unless parents have a preference on providing their own food and snacks. My first priority is safety and making sure each child is happy and healthy. I communicate with parents throughout the day and give updates which brings peace of mind to parents. Also, feel free to communicate with me about rates. My rates vary according to needs and I am fair with my rates 😄

Why I Love Being a Sitter I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy supporting children’s growth, curiosity, and daily routines. Being part of a child’s day — whether that’s helping them learn something new, explore outdoors, or feel safe and cared for — is incredibly rewarding to me. I value creating a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where kids can feel secure and parents can feel confident leaving their little ones in my care. My Experience I have professional childcare experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children in private family settings. I’ve supported families with daily routines, meals, naps, outings, developmental play, and safe transportation. In addition to childcare, I have a background in healthcare and patient care, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly with families. I also have customer service and coordination experience, which helps me stay organized and dependable. Skills & Training • CNA training with clinical patient care training • One year of BSN nursing education • Strong safety awareness and hygiene practices • Experienced with infant & toddler routines • Reliable, punctual, and communication-focused • Comfortable with pets and active households • Skilled in structured play, routine building, and transitions • Experience with scheduling, documentation, and parent updates My Care Style My approach is attentive, engaging, and safety-first. I focus on age-appropriate activities, outdoor time, reading, and interactive play rather than excessive screen time. I’m dependable, respectful of household routines, and I work closely with parents to make sure care aligns with their preferences and values.

I am an honest, responsible and hardworking person. I like to help others whenever I have the opportunity. I like working with children because I think they are the most wonderful beings in the world and that they can give pure love without expecting anything in return. I like to teach since it is part of my work as a teacher. I want to grow in different areas, but this is what I did in my country, I worked with children and I love what I did. In my weaknesses I can say that: I don't speak English yet but I'm willing to learn. I don't have great knowledge in car driving, just little knowledge. I cook but I'm not an expert.

I am from Seattle and going to college for early childhood development. What a normal day of nannying looks like Monitoring children during outdoor activities and interacting with the children to enhance their learning. Developing a cleaning routine throughout the day that keeps all of the interactive areas sanitary and safe. Making and serving meals. I’ve worked with kids from newborns to 10 year old. I’m currently working with a company called on the go. It is a nanny organization and what we do is go to military event and watch the children for the weekend. Being a nanny is the best. Teaching them new activities and Watching them grow. Im very comfortable around animals. As I have some of my own. I am first aid and CPR certified.
