Hi! I'm Sierra, I attend Centralia College where I am also a part of the softball and soccer teams. I am the oldest of 6 so it's always been my job to care for them while my parents worked or had their occasional date nights. I also have experience with other families as well. I've worked mostly with toddlers and older but am willing and confident enough to work with younger children as well. I think it is important to build a strong relationship with the children I care for not only to maintain an enjoyable working experience for myself and the kids I watch, but also to give the parents the comfort in knowing their kids are taken care of and are enjoying their time. I'm very outgoing and energetic, meaning I can keep up with the little ones who never seem to run out of energy, but I Read more am also able to keep the kids on track and follow all if any rules parents may have.
