I also taught PreK in California and worked in various schools in Orange County, California. Hello All, A little bit about me. I am a 39 year old female, full time, Special education Teacher. I have 20 years of experience working with kids and animals. I am more than happy and able to look after any furbabies you may have as well. I have a perfectly clean back ground and driving record. I am still friends with all of the families I have worked for before I started teaching and I am currently in my 6th year of teaching. Hello! My name is Rumana, and I'm an undergraduate pre-medical student at UW Seattle. I am located in Seattle and can conveniently get to anywhere close by, such as Capitol Hill, but also have a car and can travel farther (Bothell, Redmond, etc.) if needed. I love kids and hope to become a pediatrician one day! To me, working with children is incredibly fun and exciting—I love to engage their curiosity and sense of play as a babysitter and help them learn how to be respectful and kind as peers at the same time. I have experience working with kids of all ages, particularly between infants to around 11 years old. When babysitting, I typically help kids read books, play lots of games, as well as do arts and crafts in order to stimulate their imagination and creativity.
