Hello! I am a born and raised 30 year old Seattlite. I have been a babysitter/nanny in the area for 17 years, starting at the age of 13. I have always loved working with kids. I have a BA degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked as a babysitter, full time nanny and daycare provider. Each stage of a child’s development brings a different childcare experience, making it difficult for me to have a preferred age. My favorite activities to do with kids are arts/crafts/sensory play, spending time outside exploring, reading books and playing games. I balance play and caregiving while making sure that children understand and follow the expectations and rules set by their parents. Outside of childcare, I do housesitting and dog walking in my spare time. I am an animal lover and am comfortable with both dogs and cats (and most other critters!) In my free time I try to get outside as much as possible. I spend a lot of time with my family, listening to podcasts and eating good food. I am vegetarian but am comfortable cooking and serving meat.
