Hi! I am currenting working on a post secondary education and would love to be a regular sitter for children up to the ages 12months to the age of 5 years old. I strongly perfer flexible hours keeping a schedule routine, while im attending collage. I'm very patient, polite, respectful and creative, And love to bring crafts, and naked things for fun! I am 20, in college. I have been babysitting for the past 5 years of my life. I have 3 younger siblings, as I am the oldest. I am very passionate about kids. I love kids, so much that I want to be an Elementary Teacher, I am currently in college. I am about to start my 3rd quarter. As for my past jobs, I have cashiered, worked in restaurants, and babysat. I've found that babysitting is really what I would like to do as it brings me the most joy. I get really attached to the kids I babysit, so hopefully I can build lasting relationships and connections with your family. I have babysat kids with autism, special needs, anger issues, I've experienced it all. My siblings also those as well. My college schedule changes every semester. Starting September 23rd, I have an in person class Mondays and Wednesdays 12-1:30.

I have been an elementary school teacher for the past three years, worked for almost a year at a pre-school, as well as with infants and toddlers for almost 7 years in a church nursery on Sundays. I just graduated from Columbia with my Masters in Social Work. For my undergrad, I graduated from Duke, with a major in History, and a double minor in Education, and Psychology. I have babysat infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary aged children for years. I am responsible for taking care of their physical needs, including changing diapers, playing with them, as well as preparing snacks and meals. I love to get on the floor and play, as I am not a person who just sticks kids in front of the TV. I have helped with play dates, pick-up and drop-off at school, transported kids using the subway and bus, as well as taken kids to the park. I have also worked in an after school and summer camp for a little over 3 years, working with students in K-5. I taught swimming, tennis, and created art and craft activities for the campers. I am a very energetic person, and I am great with kids. I play tennis, and I am an excellent swimmer. Children's Museum of Tacoma PlayGuides are the most public faces of the Museum and responsible for providing positive, safe, and playful experiences for our little visitors and caregivers.
