I know that may not be acceptable to all people so I like to let people know beforehand. 3. This is my sole source of income. If you hire me on, I will need 40 guaranteed hours and sick pay. I am currently 22, and I have been babysitting since I was 12. I have had a consistent childcare job(daycare, nannying) for the past few years.
