My name is Aly and I’m looking for to a part time job (1-2 days a week). I’m currently a pediatric nurse but decreasing my hours at the hospital. I am CPR certified and also hold my CNA and RN licenses. I worked as a CNA for 6 years and have just recently became a RN in May 2022. Considering that, I am comfortable with medically complex children and providing care for them. I have babysat my neighbors for 5 years and babysit my little cousin (twin 8-year-olds and 4-year-old) on occasion since they were born as well as nannying in college. I have experience and am comfortable with all ages. Along with experience with a wide range of ages, I also have experience with those with special needs through Best Buddies and volunteering for 3 years with a program at the YMCA for children and adults with special needs. Hello! I currently teach kindergarten part time and am looking to help a family with after school care, all day Thursday care, or summer hours. In the past I have been a special needs aid for Germantown elementary schools, which led me to teach since I loved it! I cook frequently and know how to make a variety of vegan food(I don't eat animal products). During 7th grade through my first year of collage I babysat for my neighbors 3-6 times a week afterschool and loved it. I have been babysitting on and off ever since. I have my own car and can drive and am comfortable working up to 5-6 days a week. Throughout middle and high school I was able to sit for multiple families and found that I loved spending time and forming connections with kids of all ages. As my freshman year of college is approaching I am looking for a way to earn a little extra money and this way I am able to do something I love at the same time.
