My name is Aly and I’m looking for to a part time job (1-2 days a week). I’m currently a pediatric nurse but decreasing my hours at the hospital. I am CPR certified and also hold my CNA and RN licenses. I worked as a CNA for 6 years and have just recently became a RN in May 2022. Considering that, I am comfortable with medically complex children and providing care for them. I have babysat my neighbors for 5 years and babysit my little cousin (twin 8-year-olds and 4-year-old) on occasion since they were born as well as nannying in college. I have experience and am comfortable with all ages. Along with experience with a wide range of ages, I also have experience with those with special needs through Best Buddies and volunteering for 3 years with a program at the YMCA for children and adults with special needs. I cook frequently and know how to make a variety of vegan food(I don't eat animal products). During 7th grade through my first year of collage I babysat for my neighbors 3-6 times a week afterschool and loved it. I have been babysitting on and off ever since. I have my own car and can drive and am comfortable working up to 5-6 days a week. I enjoy being with children and I find it fulfilling when I’m able to teach them new things. I have worked as a camp counselor over the summer at EPIC martial arts which is located in Woodstock GA, I have moved here to Wisconsin to live with my mother and go to school, I am studying interior design. I know how to keeping kids busy with either crafts or an activity. I am not a huge fan of electronics I would rather go do something outside or an activity or craft I don’t mind the TV for a movie though. I know how to deal with injuries and know how to deal with conflict or frustration. If there is a conflict I will listen to all sides and take action form there and if there is frustration I will help calm the situation.
