Have a BS Degree in Early Childhood Development and experience with children ages infants- school age. I am currently a Social Emotional Development Coach for teachers and family educators. I was previously a director at a childcare center for ages 6 weeks to 12 years, have been a Lead Infant Teacher and a Lead Preschool Teacher and have worked in the classrooms of the children in between those ages. I'm a mommy and am looking to provide families with quality care from someone with education, experience and a mommy's heart. I am able to care for children around my current work schedule preferably in my home where I've created an in home childcare setting, but can potentially come to your home if needed. I am very creative and love doing crafts, reading, and playing with kids. I’m graduating in May with a degree in psychology and criminology, and while I don’t have official childcare experience, I’ve spent years babysitting my younger nieces. I’m comfortable with kids, responsible, and always make sure they’re safe and having fun. My studies have also helped me understand child development and behavior, which I think is a big plus when it comes to caregiving. I’m also happy to get CPR and First Aid certified if needed—safety is really important to me, and I want you to feel confident leaving your child in good hands.

I'm a freshman in college at Fairmont State University and currently studying to become an architect. From middle school I would watch over my neighbor and her newborn baby and help her clean around the house. She didn't start paying me until high school however which I didn't mind. I genuinely loved taking care of her kids, I would help them with homework and hobbies, even wore them out with playing outside or with games like just dance before nap time.

I can cook and keep the house tidy. I entertain children and am willing to drive them places so we can have fun! I enjoy playing outside with kids and do crafts on rainy days. I always give timeouts of some sort if the child is misbehaving. I like to stay in contact with the parent and know their rules.

Hi there! 🙂 I’m new to the Morgantown area and looking for a weekend babysitting position. I work full-time but would be available every weekend. I have 6+ years of experience as a babysitter with children aging from 2 to 11 years old. It doesn’t have to be a regular position, I’m open to working as needed (date nights, weekend trips, Mom and Dad just need a break sort of thing lol).
