Fun, Outgoing person to chat, engage and tidy up

Just looking for someone friendly, patient, engaging AND RELIABLE to spend some time with my 79 year old father 2x a week for about 2 hours. Just someone to chat with him, hang out, and some light tidying up around the house (throw out papers, basic organizing) with him.
He is super friendly and a great chap just a little isolated at home and I just need someone to keep an eye out, make sure he is in good spirits, food in the fridge kind of thing.
