We’re looking for a kind, dependable companion caregiver for our elderly mother at her home in Tempe, AZ, walking distance from Marcos de Niza High School. Ideal schedule is Mon–Fri, 10 AM–2 PM, but we’re open to candidates who can offer a few consistent weekdays for at least 6 months (possibly longer). We’ll arrange additional support for uncovered days.

About our mom:
She has Parkinson’s (no walker or wheelchair) and significant cognitive impairment. She does best with a calm, steady presence, simple routines, and gentle verbal cues.

Tasks: light breakfast/lunch prep, companionship, gentle med reminders, light kitchen clean-up. No pets or shopping.

Our family will coordinate interviews; her son will be the main contact. We’ve used Sittercity before while she was with me in California and had great success with two wonderful caregivers.

Pay: $22–28/hr depending on experience and availability.
