Basic Household Assistance + Activities

We would like someone who can help an aging woman who can attend to most of her needs with basic household chores, going out for lunch, as well as keep her active by walking around the neighborhood with her. We may also need assistance rolling a trashcan up and down a hill as our house is on an incline. This would be around 2 times a week for now.
