Transportation to Summer camp in Richmond, Ca

My nephew is 14 years old and my sister needs someone to pick him up in Concord at 8am and drop him off at his summer program in Richmond, Ca, a few days a week. Can someone assist with this? She may need a pick up as well! Pick would be at 4:30pm, drop off back to Concord home!
