My mother is 91 years old. She was recently diagnosed with beginning levels of dementia. She is diabetic and takes insulin. She i able to feed herself, but is not able to cook. She has difficulty walking and needs assistance bathing and dressing. She can take her own pills and adminster her own insulin, but she needs assistance remembering what pills to take and when and when she needs food or insulin. My father was her primary caregiver until he passed away last week.
