I need a few hours three days a week of home care for my husband. He needs mostly supervision getting in and out of shower (he can walk in and out on his own and bathe himself), minimal help dressing (he can put on his shirt and help get clothes) but needs help with pants and socks, and getting to and from out patient physical therapy two days a week. He needs to be driven to Livermore and/or Dublin only.
