Help needed for blind elderly woman

Hello, I’m looking for a helper for my 71 yr old mom who is blind and hearing impaired. She needs help in the kitchen with some light housekeeping and also needs someone to walk the service dog with her. 10-12 hours a week with flexible hours. Thank you!
