1. Kitchen Management & Meal Preparation
Grocery Shopping: Creating lists, purchasing groceries, and stocking the pantry.
Light Meal Prep: Chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes (like casseroles) to be reheated later.
Cooking: Preparing simple, healthy meals tailored to your dietary needs and preferences.
2. Home Upkeep & Housekeeping
Daily Cleaning: Performing routine tidying in and around the house to maintain a clean environment.
Kitchen Chores: Loading and unloading the dishwasher, wiping down surfaces (like the refrigerator), and taking out the trash.
Laundry Services: Washing, folding, and putting away clothing and linens.
3. Errands, Logistics, & Transportation
Household Errands: Running to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions, dropping off or picking up dry cleaning, and making hardware store runs.
Record Keeping: Managing and organizing receipts for family purchases (e.g., photographing them or filing them in an envelope).
Transportation (Optional): If needed, driving you to and from doctor's appointments, social events, or helping you safely navigate grocery shopping.
Additional Administrative Help: Some assistants may also help with sorting mail or assisting with bill paying.
Other incidental needs.
