Need help transporting for a medical procedure

Need a reliable person with own transportation to help pick-up from home and drop-off to clinic (2.5 miles) at 7:45am, then pick-up from clinic and drop-off at home. No aftercare needed. Requirements are reliable with own transportation. For two dates only: Thursday, May 8th and Monday, May 12th. Thank you!
