81 year old lady in wheelchair and mild dementia but can take a few steps with stable help is in need of assistance:
MORNING
Depends changing, Toileting, Showers on bench. Dressing. Breakfast. Meds (filled by family into weekly pill box) Tooth care reminders.
DAY
Restroom assistance/changing depends, walking support, monitoring. She likes to watch TV and do her chair cycling, chair yoga.

PT exercises 10am and 3pm

EVENING
Meal prep but her family cooks/orders food sometimes
Dinner
Prep for Bedtime
Restroom assistance/changing depends.

Some weekends the children take her to their homes and care may or may not be needed every weekend.
