We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide to assist an elderly male in San Jose. He has mobility challenges and requires daily assistance with Activities of Daily Living
(ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) to maintain independence and quality of life at home.
We are in the process of applying for the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program, and preference will be given
to candidates who are already IHSS-registered or are willing to register.

Responsibilities:
 Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
 Provide mobility support, including help with transfers, walking, and use of assistive devices
 Support with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying living spaces)

Preferred Qualifications:
 Current registration with IHSS (or willingness to become enrolled)
 Previous experience caring for elderly individuals with mobility limitations
 CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not required)
 Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
 Must be able to lift/pivot client as needed (with assistive equipment if necessary)
 Reliable transportation and punctuality
